These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Built To Sell (the "Product"), a digital course sold at builttosell.app. By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to these terms.
Built To Sell is a digital educational product delivered as an Obsidian vault (a folder of linked text files). You are purchasing a license to access and use this content for your own personal or business use. You are not purchasing a franchise, partnership, or guarantee of any specific outcome.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repackage the content, in whole or in part, without written permission.
The Product teaches a system and process. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income level, or result. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via email. Access is granted for the tier purchased.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may update, expand, or modify the content of the Product over time. Purchasers of a given tier receive lifetime access to updates within that tier at no additional cost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built To Sell and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.
